Molly Malaney and Jason Mesnick of ABC's 'The Bachelor' had their wedding interrupted by a brawl between security and two uninvited photographers.
The two shutterbugs who tried sneaking into “The Bachelor” wedding last month are suing ABC. Eric Brogmus and Maximiliano Lopes are claiming battery, false imprisonment and negligence against the television network, as well as Next Entertainment and the security company, reports TMZ.com. In the suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Monday, the two photogs claim the three companies "breached their duty of reasonable conduct by attacking and detaining or authorizing the attack and detention." Brogmus, 28, and Lopes, 22, showed up uninvited at Jason Mesnick and Molly Malaney?a>??s nuptials on February 27. Things got ugly when security guards tackled the paps. The brawl was caught on tape and later posted online, reports E! Online. The two men were locked up and later released without any pressed charges.
